Simon is a world leader in calisthenics. Starting with gymnastics at an early age, he became passionate about mastering control of the body. He expanded his skillset with breakdancing and immersed himself in the world of bodyweight strength training. To further his understanding of movement and the human body, Simon studied physiotherapy and received his degree in 2011.
